Nourishment Beats
In the stillness
I can hear,
Angel hearts beat —
Nourishing my soul
One song at a time.

Come Dream with Me | Authspot. A poem from Margaret – “Capture my heart.”
Margaret and I decided to try something different and created a chain of poetry. We decided to see what we would come up with if one of us wrote a poem and then the other wrote what poetry that might inspire in us. Then the other would do so – and-so-on…
Since it was my idea I wrote the first idea. We decided I might start with a poem inspired by a “colour”. Perhaps because I am rather taken with starting the day with a Haiku I instinctively wrote a Haiku and started with my poem “Green, Life in the Raw”.
This led to this 10 poem chain:
We each have our own style and so the poems while inspired by each other are very different from each other and cover a broad spectrum of topics.
I hope you enjoy this project. We plan to do it again some time in the future.

Leaping | Authspot. This is a spiritual offering from Margaret. I like the imagery involved in it. Her author’s remark — “Returning to Abba’s arms.”
I think “Leaping” is another nice one from Margaret.

I’ll intoxicate you with my kiss
You crashed into my life on a destiny wave –
My heart had dug an early grave.
All my life, I’ve craved to become one –
With an intoxicating passion,
Not just in my head.
Your passion imprint
Has made its bed in my head.
Come and join me between the covers
I’ll intoxicate you with my kiss
Passion runs deep
Intoxication is the key
My heart entangled in your embrace
Frozen in time as I look in to your face

When we collide it doesn’t have to make a mess.
You’re a gift from heaven above –
Your mission on Earth
To show me the true meaning of love.
I might push you away
And say I’m better on my own,
But in my heart
You have made your home.
God has allowed you to see
The tenderness in me,
So you can caress my skin sensitively.
Then ours souls will collide as one.

I don’t mind if you step on my toes.
Will you save the next dance for me
I have a struggling heart.
I don’t mind if you step on my toes.
There’s just one thing that I need to know,
What is your definition of forever?
I don’t mind if you step on my toes.

The angels allowed me to see the intense pain that someone close to me goes through in a very unconventional way. Naturally I could feel and experience their pain. It has changed me as I am as a person.
Concentration shattered,
Intensity broken,
Angels’ voices break through the silence.
Ability given to you, this once,
To feel the immense pain of the broken heart.
Can you feel my heart?
The angels hand it to you
So that you can truly see
What it is like to live like me.

Anyone in need of gold.
Shimmering in purple glow –
What do angels need to know
About this heart you bring to them.
Crumbled at their feet again
In need of love, a kiss or two –
Or a treasure dipped in gold
Engraved just for you.
